Our team

Sarah Dedrick, LMFT
Owner & Practice Manager
I'm passionate about helping people navigate conflict and cultivate healthy relationships.
Together we use your values, perspective, and experiences to support you in living in your authenticity and moving your relationships toward more meaningful connection. This leads to a more congruent life and happier relationships. I have extensive experience working with partners and individuals who seek therapy for navigating and repairing relationships, healing from emotionally abusive relationships, LGBTQIA+ experiences, ENM, parenting, and emerging life transitions.
Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. My approach is person-centered and holistic. I'm affirmative and culturally responsive. Our sessions will be very warm, open, and non-judgmental. I honor the vulnerable pieces of your experience. This is your space to be heard, seen, and valued.

I invite our therapy to be a collaborative process to ensure it meets your unique needs. I look forward to helping you cultivate thoughtful relationships with yourself and your loved ones
Our relationships are affected by many factors, including life stressors, self-image, past harms, and beliefs about how relationships “should” be. When they’re not going well, we can feel disconnected, hurt, and frustrated, and this can negatively impact many other areas of our lives.

My passion and expertise lie in supporting a diverse array of clients in all types of relationships including friendships, parenting, couples, polycules, and families.

Relationships can be a great source of happiness, but they can also be really difficult.

We’ll work together to help you get clear on what’s important to you and what’s making it hard for you to have the relationships you want. You’ll learn tools for connecting physically and emotionally, communicating clearly, engaging in healthy conflict, and repairing after conflict gets messy. You’ll find more ease and connection in your relationships which will extend to your overall enjoyment of life.
